The solution of extracted tea components injected into Gas Chromatograph is
separated into each component (such as a chemical and a vitamin). Molecular ions
of each separated component are detected by Mass Spectrometer and the components
are specified based on thus obtained data.
[SIM (Selected Ion Monitoring) method]
SIM method selectively detects the ions characteristic to agricultural chemicals
and analyzes them with high sensitivity.
